Before and After Care School Program

HOURS OF OPERATION

7:00 A.M. – 8:00 A.M. AND 2:40 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.

St. Jerome's Before and After School Care Program starts the second week of school. The center will be staffed by qualified adults and will operate daily from 7:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. and from 2:40 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. It will, however, be closed on school holidays.

The program will include some outdoor playtime (weather permitting), daily homework/study hour, a snack and activity period. The cost of the program will be as follows:

Before School Care: One child $20.00 per week

Two children $25.00 per week

Three or more children $30.00 per week

After School Care: One child $50.00 per week

Two children $75.00 per week

Three or more children $85.00 per week

Before/After Care: One child $70.00 per week

Two children $100.00 per week

Three or more children $115.00 per week

THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE BEFORE/AFTERCARE IS $40.00 PER CHILD.

Please Note:

Please send your registration fee ($40.00 per child) and the form fully completed and signed if you wish to enroll your child/ren in the Before and After Care Program. Return no later than Tuesday, September 4, 2007.

If your child/ren is not registered for the program by Tuesday, September 4, 2007 he/she may not be on the list to start on Monday, September 10, 2007.
