Kindergarten Homework

Due: Friday, January 9^th

Parents:

*The children will need homework books for the assignments.

*Most weeks a reader is included for homework. Daily reading of the

books is recommended. PLEASE be careful with the books and return

them with the completed homework assignments.

*When the children are writing words on their own, PLEASE do not correct

them on the spelling. We are not concerned about correct spelling at

this point; we are focusing on writing the sounds they hear in the words.

Monday, January 5^th

Reading: Complete the cut and paste pg. 65- Cut out pictures that start with Gg and glue them on the pink paper, then write the word under the picture.

Math: Complete pg. 57RA counting dimes.

Tuesday, January 6^th

Reading: Complete pg. 56, to write the Gg words for the pictures.

Math: Complete pg. 57PA identifying 10 cents.

Wednesday, January 7^th

Reading: Write a sentence to describe your story.

Math: Practice counting by 10’s, and writing numbers by 10’s.

Thursday, January 8^th

Reading: Complete the cut and paste pg.66- Cut out pictures that start with Ff and glue them on the pink paper, then write the word under the picture.

Math: Complete the graph.
