February and March 2008

Dear Parents,

At the beginning of February, the 8^th grade students were assigned projects for presentation during class time. You will find the directions for this project on the homework page. As things go, the weather has interfered with our schedule for presentations.

This is a revised list of when presentation are due: February 27^th: William, Aubrey, Alexis, Kripa, Ryan, MaryAnn, Elizabeth, D’Andra, Colin, Lorenzo, Suni, Devon, Alyse, Marcus

February 29^th: Jasmine, Armani, Melka, Ashley S., Laarni, Kameron, Taylor, Nia, Peter, Sydney, Dre, Paul, Justin, Lucian

March 3^rd: Ciaran, Brianna, Sarah, Jenna, Aryre, Amaytha,Taylor, De’Andre, Shaqueil, Brenda, Michael,Francis, Erica, Juan, Jeremy

To date, we have had very good presentations from Jacob Little, Andrew Lee, and Ben McGinnis. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT STUDENTS BE PREPARED FOR THEIR PRESENTATION. THEY MUST KNOW, UNDERSTAND, AND BE ABLE TO PRESENT THE MATERIAL THEY ARE SPEAKING ABOUT IN THEIR PROJECT.
